The staff was amicable, the room was modest with fridge, everything was good. It was in a central location, to the surrounding hilly area. And we were next to Great Malvern where there are shops, pubs, restaurants and places of interest, the centre, and Graham's garden.

Had central location down to the surrounding hilly area. I was happy to find Lee Garden, it was at a short distance from the hotel and served nice food.

Great view of the hills and a convenient location close to town. The breakfasts were delicious and made with locally sourced ingredients. The hosts were attentive and made us feel welcome.
The stairs inside were quite steep, which could be a challenge for guests with mobility issues.
